People-first topics
We begin with a concrete task a basset household needs to complete: preparing a home, writing sitter instructions, planning travel, or organizing a routine. We avoid publishing pages merely to chase adjacent keywords.
Primary sources for important facts
Breed-specific background is checked against established breed organizations. Travel requirements point to government agencies. Veterinary safety and emergency-preparedness material points to veterinary associations or public-health sources. Source links sit on the page where readers can inspect them.
Clear line between fact and organization
Our original contribution is the structure: checklists, handoff fields, record layouts, and plain-language questions. Those are organizational tools, not medical or behavioral prescriptions. We tell readers to record the plan supplied for their individual dog instead of supplying a universal one.
No manufactured authority
